As a winemaker my goal while creating disko was to provide well made wines without breaking the bank. We’re bringing the old world to the new world in one of the youngest, yet “best” climates there is – Santa Barbara County.

All of our wines are fermented with native yeast, minimal sulfur additions and aged in neutral vessels. High acid, low alcohol. Nothing added and nothing taken away. Beauty and simplicity. Our wines are versatile and meant to be enjoyed, not shelved. Get your groove on and enjoy our wines like you would an epic dance party.
